Mainly focused on the Mediterranean Sea, the Aquàrium de Barcelona brings you closer to the underwater world. Around 35 tanks and two permanent exhibits provide information on marine fauna and the importance of water on Earth.
You have the opportunity to see around 450 species of fish and coral from tropical and subtropical seas. One of the highlights is the Oceanarium, a large tank with sharks, rays, and sunfish, among other species. You can see all these creatures up close in the 80 meter long tunnel.
In this interactive exhibition, young people can learn more about the oceans and marine life.
